Former State Parole Officer. Works full time for the Association.
Elected Member of the State Retirement Board. Member of the Blue Cross Blue Shield Labor Advisory Board. Legislative Chairman, MA Association of Contributory Retirement Systems (MACRS). Member of the State Employees Credit Union. Registered lobbyist.
Former area legislative director, American Assoc. Retired Persons (AARP). Works full-time for Association and is president of the Association’s PAC. Registered lobbyist.
In 1996 Coughlin, of Plymouth, retired from the Mass Turnpike Authority where he was the Director of the Authority's Retirement System. Jerry also served as an elected member to the Authority's Retirement Board, prior to the Turnpike's dissolution in 2009. Jerry is now the selectmen's appointee on the Town of Plymouth Retirement Board. He is a Boston College graduate with a degree in accounting. Jerry works part-time for the Association.

Leo has worked part-time for the Association for the past 15 years. He started his full-time position as the Association's Meeting Planner in 2001.
Former legislative aide to House Minority Leader Peter Forman. Member of the Plymouth Retirement Board. Executive Board member of the MA Association of Contributory Retirement Systems (MACRS). Works full-time for the Association. Registered lobbyist.
Tricia has worked part-time for the Association for the past 15 years. She started her full-time position as Executive Secretary in 1999. With the passage of Chapter 69, the Municipal Health Insurance Reform Act, she has taken-on the role of Public Employee Committee (PEC) Coordinator, working directly with our local PEC representatives. Tricia previously worked for the State of Kansas Department on Aging.
Geri has been with the Association for 30 years. She is also involved in the publishing of the newsletter. Any reports of deaths should be directed to Geri.
Executive Board
Joe is a retired firefighter from Peabody. He also sits on the Peabody Retirement Board as an elected member.
Former Milton Town Accountant and Veterans Service Agent. Elected member of the Milton Retirement Board. Works part-time for Association.
Paul from West Roxbury, has been involved in volunteer work for the Association, since he retired from the state treasurer's office as a deputy treasurer. He is an elected member of the Commonwealth's Pension Reserves Investment Management (PRIM) Board.
Served 25 years as administrator at the Commonwealth's Group Insurance Commission (GIC). Works full-time at the Association. Functions as intermediary between Association members and various carriers insuring state and local government retirees.
State Police Trooper Dan Turco retired in 2009 after 30-years of public service. The Andover resident had served as the State Police liaison to the Registry of Motor Vehicles. Dan was also the vice president of the State Police Association of Massachusetts (SPAM).
A 31 year group benefits manager at UMass. Amherst, retired in 1995. Serves as chairman of the Hampshire County Retirement Board. He is the Association's key officer in Western Massachusetts. Registered lobbyist.
